Sound baths can be 1 on 1 or in a group setting. Where the gentle vibrations of the instruments provide your nervous system with an internal massage. This support assists your system to remember a state of calm and ease. This occurs when the brain moves into Theta pattern. This is the state of internal healing.

SoulNar Chakra Series Guided Meditation
7 Week Series
Each week the beautiful guided meditation focuses on a specific Chakra field. Taking you on a gentle and embracing journey of pure relaxation, peace and tranquility.
Whilst you do not need to attend all seven mediations in the series I would recommend this is the best way to support your energetic system as a whole.
If you do choose to attend particular ones or maybe other commitments mean you can not make all the sessions then this is totally OK you will still receive amazing clearing and balancing for the focal chakra of the sessions you do attend.
Meditation Settings
I deliver this meditation in two different settings.
*Group setting: The groups I run are small and intimate. This helps participants safe and relaxed to ensure they are getting the most out the experience as possible. These sessions run for approx, 90mins. At the conclusion of the meditation we have a group discussion of how to continue to work with the affirmations through the upcoming week and how to continue to support the energy field of focus for that week using colour therapy approaches.
$40 per session or book the series and pay for 6 get 1 free. $240.
*1 on 1 experience. You can book 1 on 1experiences with this series. These sessions are also 90mins, however you get a much more personal approach and have the opportunity to discuss anything thing you are currently experiencing so we can talk about how best to support you through the mediations and with any after care between sessions. Booking 1 on 1 sessions also provides the flexibility of appointments that best suit your schedule. We can also pick the Chakra we focus on for the session, depending on what is happening for you at the time of your session
What do you get
First and foremost you get the gift of taking time from your busy life to honour yourself and find stillness, where you can totally switch off from the outside world.
Each guided meditation is accompanied with beautiful sound healing frequencies, (relevant to the frequency of the focused chakra), that provide your body with all the benefits of frequency medicine mentioned above.
A combination of breathwork, energy healing, guided visualisation and affirmations are all used to help you experience a deep sense of relaxation supporting you while balancing and clearing each specific chakra.
You will be gifted a crystal each week that holds properties to support and strengthen each chakra along with an information sheet that talks about how each chakra impacts you and your body when out of or is in balance.
